I bought Xbox Game Pass Ulimate Subscription but I can't access to Minecraft: Java Editon.

It's not working, I'm pretty sure that I signed in on the correct Microsoft Account, because I can install/play Minecraft: Dungeons and Minecraft: Bedrock Editon.

HI I have a monthly subscription came off 3/8 and its Game Pass Ulimate and now its telling me to renew my subscription? I can't access anything on my Xbox S. I can't even get a hold of anybody to ask what is going on. Please anybody that can advise or help would be great.
