I bought xbox 360 but I found out its ban

Unfortunately when a console is sold or given away, it doesn’t change the status of its existing device ban. Even if the ownership changes and the console is reset to factory settings, the device ban is still there and can’t be lifted.

If you’ve bought a banned, secondhand Xbox console or device and you can’t sign in or connect to the network, contact the previous owner or retailer.

Sounds like the person who sold it to you knew full well it was banned.

You're not the first person this has happened to & you wont be the last.

Microsoft is extremely strict when it comes to console bans so there's nothing you can do.

A Console Ban is permanent unfortunately 😞, if possible maybe refund it or try sell it's parts.

Afraid not.Once a console is permanently banned then that's it,the ban will never be lifted,even if you didn't own the console when the ban was issued.

This is why you need to be extra careful when buying used consoles.

All you can do is return it to the seller & get your money back.
