I purchased a new Xbox one bundle and it came with a free download for a game. I went through this process of redeeming the game and it said that I would receive a email within 24 hours for code to download and I haven't had any emails yet and it's been
over 24 hours the game I was trying to get was forza 6

    Free game download bundle

I went through all the steps to receive my free game download with the Xbox one bundle. I entered it for the rise of the tomb raider and I never got the email with the download code.

Using Game DLC with multiple profiles.

It has the same serial number. But earlier I "bought" the free with gold game through the website and I went to my download queue and it shows "assigned to other console".

Dead or Alive 5 & 5 Ultimate DLC purchased on 360 is not showing as 'Free' on Xbox One marketplace

I bought a couple of costumes outside of bundles. They were available to download free on X1.

everything I bought in a bundle however is not unlocked.
