Are you logged in to the account that was used to purchase the game? Please make sure that you have the purchase transaction by going to
https://account.microsoft.com > Payment & Billing > Order history. If you can see the purchase and you're using the same account/Gamertag in your console and still asking to pay for it when you try
to install it, you might have a license issue for the game.

If the game was uninstalled, it shouldn't be taking space on your hard drive.

You can try the disk clean up or use a third-party application, like CCleaner.

Please, follow these steps:

In the search box on the taskbar, type disk cleanup, and select Disk Cleanup from the list of results.

Select the drive you want to clean up, and then select OK.

Under Files to delete, select the file types to get rid of. To get a description of the file type, select it.

Select OK.

i thought act of valor was a movie shown by dice , people who got too see that got an exclusive set of dogtags (flaming skull etc) I dont think there is an act of valor dogtag as such
