I bought v-bucks but not showing as available to use what could be the issue

I just want to clarify, when you mentioned "The fund's available" do you mean you weren't charged for the V-bucks purchase, is that correct?

Kindly confirm if the V-bucks are showing up under your account transaction history by signing your account on account.microsoft.com > payment and billing > order history > select the date of range when you purchased V-bucks.

If the transaction is not showing up it means the purchase wasn't successful. Please try to purchase the V-bucks again to see if it pushes through.

Note: Do not make another purchase attempt if the transaction is already showing up on your account's order history to prevent duplicate purchases.

Thank you so much, what I should have said was that it shows as purchased but when I go to claim the v-bucks it does not show the credits

When you check your purchase history it shows V-bucks? Do you have a passkey set on the account? It could be that someone just bought more.

If you have redeemed a V-Bucks card through the Fortnite account on the back of the card and used the code generated to add to your individual Xbox account through Microsoft, but the V-Bucks do not show up on your child’s account on Xbox, you can try the following steps:
1. Check if the card was redeemed to the correct account.
2. Check if the V-Bucks are available on the account that redeemed the card.
3. Check if the V-Bucks are available on other platforms such as PC or mobile.

I bought v-bucks with a gift card through the Xbox app. And then i checked fortnite mobile and i didn't receive the v-buck even through my account is linked.

you to contact epic games as soon as possible to see if this issue could be fixed.
