try reinstalling Jigsaw to see if this fixes the problem.

Brad, I am not on facebook. I am not on twitter. I abhor social media except quora and youtube. All I want is my games back and the 110,000 points I accumulated. Also the my collections of jigsaw puzzles which went from about 40 or 50 puzzles down to 3. I
am 80 years old and only want my jigsaw back with the games and points I have earned.

I just saw in another thread that you can only delete custom puzzles. I assume 'custom puzzles' are those that individuals create from their personal photos.

If that is the case, there isn't any way I can delete... or un-download... a free collection once I finished it or delete a collection I "bought" with points I accumulated?

That is not good if people cannot delete completed puzzles to free up space. I have easily eaten up over 10 gigabytes from downloading puzzles and would continue to take up space if not for uninstalling the entire game.

Microsoft should give people that option otherwise it takes up WAY too much space on a hard drive!

I uninstalled jigsaw, then re-installed. This solved my problem and all my points and puzzles were restored. Thank You

my total points stopped updating and as I finished a puzzle, the application would close, forcing me to have to open open Jigsaw again. Once open, I could see the star that showed I completed a puzzle, but no points had been awarded. I could then complete
each of the other puzzles, one at a time, receiving a completion star but no points, and being forced off the app each time.
