I bought this Xbox One under the premise that i'd get 50,000 Microsoft rewards points

I ordered the xbox one through the Microsoft store instead of waiting until Black Friday because you offered free shipping and 50,000 Microsoft Rewards points for order placed before December 31, 2016, and a free games I'd ordered before October 1st. I placed
my order September 30th. I have yet to receive my 50,000 microsoft reward points. The order number is 9641915278. I really would like my 50,000 points.

Hey Microsoft I bought an Xbox One S because Xbox Rewards Mission said I would get 50,000 credit and I never got my 50,000 credit.

Help with 50k points reward

I have the Xbox one Elite and just bought the Xbox one S off the Microsoft store. The order is under my account and email/gamertag but I didn't use any special promotions code and didn't see the mission about upgrading to the One S. Will I still get the
50,000 reward points? Thanks for your help

Has it been 15 business days since your console has shipped? If you received it in early October you are probably right around the 15 business day mark and the staff will have to review your account and reply to you here. If it shipped closer to mid-October
then you still have a few more days before they are supposed to be delivered.

You received the Credits on October 14th. They were then deposited on the 26th. You can review all Credit events from your MyStatement on the MyRewards page.

I also have the same question. I just bought a boatload of games for the holidays but I'm not seeing any Rewards credits or points. I got the 50,000 points for buying an Xbox One S but I haven't seen anything other than that.

This is exactly the same whats happened to me, i bought the xbox one x and farcry 5 gold edition. with the rewards site saying id receive 50,000 points for the xb1x and 6000 points for farcry, ive got 735 point available... whats going on?? haha

How about the points. If you buy an xbox right now you get a ton of rewards points. What about the players that bought it at launch? I bought the x scorpio edition and didn't get anything for being a loyal customer. But if I'd have waited, I'd have got
a bunch of rewards points and a free game. The players that preordered and got one on day one are the reason the x was a success. We deserve the same rewards as the newcomers.
