    Is there a way I can possibly transfer the DLCs included in the 2019 edition over to my PC Gamepass edition of the game, and if so how.

    If you purchased the DLC for Xbox, just a friendly reminder though that the game is not an Xbox Play Anywhere game, there is a license available for Xbox and there is a license available for PC which means that the DLC “TheHunter: Call of The Wild” that you purchased is for Xbox only, if you would like to get the DLC for PC, you need to purchase the “ theHunter: Call of the Wild - Windows 10”
