hi i just bought an Xbox one s off the the website on Jan.23 It said that I would get 50000 reward points for buying an Xbox one s. I got the halo and gears bundle storm grey edition. How do I redeem those points? Or where do I get them from? I live in Canada

The credits should show as pending about 15 business days after the console shipped. If it's been over the 15 days, you'll want to post in the Xbox Rewards Questions forum for assistance.

Hello dizzycat,

From the FAQ for that offer:

When will I receive my Rewards Credits?

Your 50,000 Rewards Credits should appear as pending within 15 days of your console’s shipping date.

Since your purchase was made recently, it is too early for those Credits to appear as pending.

I have the same issue and weirdly bought it on the 7th as well.

I contacted microsoft rewards support on 2 separate days as I didn’t get a reply to my first ticket I raised.

I finally got a reply yesterday, he was very nice but didn’t really seem to know what he was doing. He said as a good will gesture he would credit my account with 3401 points, as I got 2599 points when I purchased the game.

I did thank him for doing this, but did reply thats not how the punch card works, saying that you earn 6000 points for completing the punch card and not the difference in points after you have purchased the game. I never got a reply back to that.

Hopefully you will have more luck than me.
