3. It is recommended that you restart your PC by finishing the download and installation of the game services.

Thanks for reaching out to the Forums for clarity when it comes to purchasing this game. I can totally understand any confusion felt during this experience. This is more than likely because the game itself has been delisted from the Microsoft/Xbox store.
At the time, the all Telltale games are only available on disc. If you would like to play any of those games, you would have to get a hard copy.
