ya i got my 460 download and only 1-3 upload. yet right next to it on my laptop im getting 460 download and my normal 23 upload. i just dont understand.

I have the same problem fast down slow up. Its okay the Xbox Ambassador`s don`t have a clue as to fixing the problem, even speaking with live support gives the same response they have no idea either.

I have the same error with you. It could refer to a timeout on the attempt to connect to the xbox live service. The xbox is not connecting to the live service. This error can't be taken literally, but it refers to the fail to connect to live.
