Hello, at the time of purchase I made a mistake. Accidentally I bought the wrong version of Naruto. I wanted to buy Deluxe Edition, but accidentally bought the Pre-order Edition. Can I get a refund and buy another version?

If you bought the digital deluxe edition, it does come with the Xbox One version of the game.

I bought the deluxe edition but it is saying that it is not compatible with Xbox one when I try to install it. Should it be installable now on Xbox one or is there a specific date this will be available ?

This is an MS server side issue. It cannot be fixed by any user actions. Everyone who bought the deluxe edition and is trying to play on Xbox one is affected.
