Since your account region and physical location do not match, it will cause issues with content that's region restricted. Since you're in a region that's not supported, you won't be able to access that content.

Also, you should not share your account information with others. That does violate the code of conduct and can put you and your friends at risk for being banned.

It depends on what you bought. There's Game Pass for Console, Game Pass for PC, and Game Pass Ultimate.

If you only bought Game Pass for console, then it won't work on a PC.

Game Pass Ultimate includes both version of Game Pass plus a Gold subscription. So if you bought Game Pass Ultimate, you should have access in both places.
