I bought the wrong DLC

I'm sorry to hear that you've accidentally purchased the wrong content. Have you already submitted a refund request? If not, here's what you can do:

1. Retrieve the order number for the purchase. You can find it by visiting your order history at this link https://account.microsoft.com/billing/orders/

2. Once you have the order number, submit a refund request using this link: https://support.xbox.com/en-US/forms/request-a-....

After submitting the request, please allow up to 72 hours for Microsoft to respond regarding the status of your refund.

Sorry but no one can help you. There are no refunds or exchanges on purchases.

Is there no way to sort the issue without going through the phone service?

I have a high functioning autism and the idea of telephoning strangers asking for help is quite daunting to me. :/

I'm so upset with myself, I must have read the purchase details fourteen times over and I still made a mistake.

Typically there are no refunds but given the accidental purchase you might be able to get some assistance. Your best bet is to call Phone Support to discuss your refund options and
