    I bought the ultimate edition of diablo 4 and it only came with the base game


    I bought the ultimate edition of diablo 4 and nothing appeared with the option to download or install. I eventually found a way to download the base game from the my games & apps section but when I go to the ultimate edition I purchased in the Microsoft store it says manage you own this, but when you press it it says "check back in a little bit we're having trouble getting your stuff right now." It has said this for 2 days now.

    Please try doing the steps below to install the game.

    Go to My Games and Apps

    Move down to the Full Library section

    Select the Owned Games tab at the top

    Search for Diablo IV

    Select the title and hit Install All

    This will queue the title up and begin the installation process.

    The add-ons included in the bundle you purchased will be available to access in-game once you progress through the story.

    I bought the ultimate edition how come i didnt get anything other than the game itself? I never recived any of the DLC items.

    I baught Diablo 4 Ultimate Edition and never got the DLC items from it. I literally only got the game. I did check purchase history like you suggested and its shows i baught the ultimate edition. Im supposed to get items for Diablo 3 and Immortal as well as an item for WOW.
