I bought the Shadow Jago bundle yesterday but never received the KI gold.

Xbox support told me I had the licences and sent me here, but I have 0 gold in game and the gold never had a download. (I'm not sure if it should)

How do I purchase Shadow Jago?

It still says "Bundle Only". I own both seasons of KI, but still can't buy Shadow Jago??

Paid for & installed KI Ultra, not unlocking. Same with my Shadow Jago.

I bought and downloaded KI Ultra, installed it, then used the Day One Edition Gold card to get Shadow Jago. Now I can choose from the six standard characters, but Shadow Jago is nowhere to be found, and all stages and accessories are still locked.

I don't know if you guys every got your KI Gold, but I thought that I'd mention that you likely didn't get a response here as this isn't a tech support forum, but rather just a general chat forum. If you're still having issues with it, post here:

forums.xbox.com/.../4271.aspx and somebody there (an Ambassador or Official Support) will see the post and give you an answer.

Well, they've certainly kept my attention going for months. Thanks for replying, guys - even if I may not agree with all of you.

In any case, the official Shadow Jago bundle to support this endeavor is now available, but will only be for the next 2 weeks, so if you want to show your support, pick up Shadow Jago, or get 7500 KI Gold coins ($20 on its own normally WITHOUT Shadow Jago),
then you can do so
here.
