I bought the series pass for season 3 of Chucky. Why is it missing the first 4 episodes?

So is there a way to get the first 4 episodes currently? If not can this be refunded?

cable operators will frequently split seasons into two chunks and sell them separately. The first four episodes were filmed before the strike and were showing months earlier

Episode 4 for The Walking Dead Season 8 is missing. Every other streaming service has it available, but I purchased season pass and it's stuck on episode 3 (if you click on home page ad for TWD it's stuck on episode 2 and both 3 and 4 are missing). I just
read reviews of season pass purchases on Xbox and it's a common complaint, this is the first and last time I ever putchase anything from TV and Movies through Xbox. If going to purchase a season pass on VuDu and file a complaint and request a refund from Microsoft.
I suggest everyone who has this issue do the same, maybe they will get the message. Also use Twitter to publicize that it sometimes takes days to receive season pass content that other providers have ready to go within hours of episode airing.

I'm having the same problems with boondocks season 4. If I've bought the season pass can I just purchase the episode or am I really going to get charged another $3 on top of the $30 I've spent to have these episodes? I've bought 3 season passes now and they've
all been pretty terrible about getting the episodes up as promised.

There is a genuine issue here as I’ve been having the same problem. I bought and downloaded the first 3 episodes back as they were released in 2017/18.

After recently jumping back into the game and completing episode 3, I found I could not purchase episode 4 or 5 individually. Instead I chose to purchase and install the season pass. This still did not unlock the downloads for episodes 4 or 5.

I think the issue is due to the individual episodes being removed from the store. If this is the case I should not have been able to purchase the season pass as is not currently working.
