Hello I am facing the same problem, would like a solution since 2 weeks ago already that I can not access the application ... and I've also uninstalled and reinstalled the application again, but not solved.

That's been tried already it doesn't work. I bought the game a week ago and get the same disc unreadable error at the same place. A rep from Microsoft said they aware of the problem and are looking for a solution. It's been a week now and still nothing.
I really hope they fix it soon or give me money back.
