Hello Froylan, I believe you are referring to may be able to play COD, I did a quick search, make sure you have already followed the steps mentioned below.

That is, to have your Activion ID you need to have an account created on Activion and if you are playing in gando on Xbox do the link between accounts.

I just finished downloading cod mw3 and now it won’t let me play anything it keeps saying need to purchase modern warfare 3 but I already have?!?!
