Yes, sadly I have come to that conclusion. I do not own an Xbox, or know anyone who does.

Hello Pixelatedwater, by your description you play only on the PC and bought an item through the Microsoft Store, and for it appears you will even have to log in with your account on an Xbox and sync the accounts.

For those who play only on the PC the items have to be purchased directly by the Epic Games Store.

I just did this tonight, all the same as you all say, i bought it from fortnite itself, so went into the items there and cancelled the crew pack. It didnt show on my epic games or xbox account, but login on the xbox or pc Fortnite itself, bring up the crew pack and big cancel button right there. In the game. Not Epic or Xbox sites.. From the Fortnite game itself when logged in as the user that bought it.
