    Hello. I purchased the game "Portal" on XBOX360 on 17.04.2017 The game was not visible in my games. For the moment the game has also
    disappeared from my orders. Please let me know what happened that I paid for the game and I can not use it. I have a payment confirmation.

    14 days Gold trial doesn't work !

    Hello,

    I have a XBOX ONE, bought new with sealed games. I got 14 days Live gold trials for free.

    first code i entered via PC on Live website, the process ended successfully, informaing me that I now have a 14 days blablabla. but nothing changes, nothing in the portal, nothing in the console.

    I tested with another code direct from the XBOX, ended also successfully but also with nothing after.

    I waited 1 night, and then the portal tells me that I have two "undefined" items under "Money and gift" 0_O

    I did many reboot for the XBOX, and I checked the region settings for profile and xbox as told in another post, without any success.

    Can you please give me a hint ?

    Since that is not a Rewards program issue, Rewards support will not be able to assist. You may want to try contacting support directly.

    - If it is showing, follow the instructions below.

    - First, remove your account from the console by following the steps below.

    Press the Xbox button  to open the guide.

    Select Profile & system > Settings > Account > Remove accounts.

    Select the account that you want to remove, and then select Remove to confirm.

    After removing the account follow the procedure below.

    Step 1. Press and hold the Xbox button on the console for at least 10 seconds to open the Power center.

    Step 2. Then unplug the power supply from your console and wait for 3 minutes.

    Step 3. Plug the power supply back into the Xbox console.

    Step 4. Press the Xbox button on the console to turn it on again.

    Now add your account again.

    What game are you trying to purchase? Are you sure that you didn't purchase a game for PC instead of for Xbox? What happens when you tried to purchase the game from your console?
