If yes, click on it, and you will be directed to the Microsoft Store, check that Playble on shows your console model. After checking, everything is correct. Try the steps below (one by one) and check the result:

Step 1:

Power off the console > (press and hold the power button for 10 seconds) Unplug everything from the console > wait 5 minutes and plug everything back in > Power on the console

Step 2.

Press the Xbox button to open the panel;

Select Profile & System > Settings > Account > Remove Accounts;

Select the account you want to remove, then select Remove to confirm.

To add it again:

Press the Xbox button on the controller to open the panel.

Select Sign in.

Select Add & Manage.

Select Add New.

Enter your Microsoft account email address and password.

Step 3:

Go to my games and apps > See all > Full library > Owned games > when you find the game, try to install and test.

If it doesn't work, wait a few hours and try again, I had this problem recently and after 24 hours, I was able to install the game normally.
