I don't know why It hasn't changed my progress bar in the 4000 reward points summer spotlight giveaway. Did I do something wrong? I bought the 150 dollar one and the 100 dollar extra.

I have bought the games call of duty black ops 3 zombies deluxe and fortnite limited edition founder's pack but it said I don't own the and I can't install them plz help

Where did you get this edition? It currently is not available for purchase on the Microsoft Store.
