I bought the DLC for Destiny 2 (KEY), but i cant play it on PC.

I bought the DLC for Destiny 2 (WITCH QUEEN + BUNGIE 30TH)(KEY), I thought I would be able to play it on my PC, but I can only play it on XBOX (DLCs for this game unfortunately don't work on smart delivery). I alredy use key and i cant exchange this. Can support change my dlc versions from XBOX to PC?

Support can't change the compatibility of the purchased item, and prepaid codes can't be refunded, if you will purchase Items trough codes, first confirm in the Xbox store if the items have compatibility whit Xbox and Pc or just one of the devices

1. Platform Holder can't change the version of the same product?

2. I thought that Xbox promoted the ideology of play everywhere for games that are available in their store on both platforms (I know that Ubisoft games, etc. are not available in the Xbox app for PC, but this DLC is available both there and there.

Thank you for your responses. It's strange that a digital store can't just exchange an product and it's not very pleasant to lose money because of the play everywhere policy, which for some reason does not apply to all products.

Can I then transfer this product to another account because I do not play this game on XBOX?
