    Purchasing add on's

    I bought 3 £60 shark cards and it took my money from my bank but it said that I didn't have authorisation to buy it but it still took my money but didn't give me what I paid for, now I don't know what to do my bank says I bought 3 shark cards but I don't
    have the in game money, can you do something Microsoft thanks (and I had £175 in my bank)

    Points added then revoked by MS

    Hi,

    I bought 5000 MS Points via paypal (giving me a total of 5700 points) and bought Black Ops DLC and an Indie Game. A day later Microsoft took away all remaining points (so now I have ZERO points) and refunded the money to my paypal account.

    What on earth happened here?

    The same thing happened to me. I used my points to pay for them, and the program took my points away but didn't give me the puzzles.

    How can I get the Iceland puzzles that I bought?

    The game should show up in your games and apps as ready to install. You would need to reinstall it from there. If it's not showing up, you'll need to contact support. 1-800-4my-xbox if you're in the US/Canada or http://support.xbox.com/contact-us

    Also just to clarify you did indeed redeem the code, and you were charged for it? Sometimes if the order was unsuccessful it will get cancelled and you wont be charged for it and of course you won't receive the code. How long have you been playing just
    cause 4 gold edition before you werent able to play it anymore?
