I bought some tokens and ut said i didnt connect to psn network

i know i bought tokens for forza horizon and didnt receive the wtf thats $20 down the toilet

Thanks for both of ye're help. I tried everything ye said, im the only one using the internet. Iv tried the connection on the PSN network and its ok, just seems to be the xbox live network I cant connect to!

I just bought Minecraft on my ps4 account and when I went to log in, it said that my Microsoft account is already connected to a PSN account. How do i unlink a Psn account from my Microsoft account

Just played some more UT and lag was terrible but didnt seem to be effecting my opponent,,,just checked speeds and solid 120mb on speedtests and 15MiBs on FTP...makes no sense that i seem to suffer with the lag/button delay in 70-80% of games and my opponent
doesn't....

You know, I did comprehend what you said the first time and my post addressed how much I think that is an irrelevant fact. They are still abusing other members under the same roof. Which since I pay for there should be some sort of assurance this won't happen.
If this does not exist I simply do not see why I would pay. Capiche? It's happening on their platform, they have to take some level of responsibility and manage the people involved.

I also do not care if it happens on the PSN network. I have not bought a Xbox one or PS4 yet but if this goes unresolved I would give the PSN the benefit of the doubt.
