    I bought sets of of orders of Vbucks here in Microsoft I logged in on My Fortnite account...


    Hi I bought 13,500 x 12 orders of Vbucks but upon opening My XSS Fortnite account I only received 7 orders that updated on My fortnite wallet there is still a remaining total of 5 orders.

    Additional info is regarding the transaction order history all orders where marked as complete with an email confirmation that the order was confirmed and payment was charged and accepted. I have been waiting for almost 18 hours. Even hard pressed and reinstalled Fortnite still no changes in it. What do i do from here? Pls. Help Thank you.

    No, my friend bought me a card to input into my fortnite account. I was adding it into my fortnite account and my Microsoft account. The microsoft account I put it on doesn’t exist on the fortnite. I am kindly asking you to understand that there is no possible way of me getting those vbucks back without either a refund or exchange vbucks into the other account.

    Epic replied 3 days after but hasnt replied 3 days again Im worried because the epic support soundedy sketchy asking my first and last name and account display name for all accounts connected to my epic plus the part they havent replied back. Im inquiring what is the best course of action I would do a refund but I have no way of knowing out of 12 I paid and 7 delivered which ones I dont need a refund from.
