I bought Sekiro on my xbox one and it won't install.

It shows 0% after 3 days, it constantly stops installing, and when I try to cancel and re-install it doesn't do anything. I've tried restarting my internet and uninstalling and re-installing.

Have you tried installing a different game if you're able to download it successfully?

Make sure that you're signed in with the correct account you used to purchase the game and has enough space on your storage and up-to-date system.

bought an Xbox one with halo master chief download with it and I installed it and now it won't let me play it. It says I need to switch to the profile I bought it with but my profile is the only one on my Xbox. I tried uninstalling it but it doesn't work

I can confirm it won't install on a Windows 10 pC if bought on Xbox...I have it on Xbox and it shows as not installable on my desktop
