I bought red dead redemption 2 and payed but now it says I don’t own it

This may be related to Xbox's issue with recent purchases. According to them:

Is this a recent purchase, David? You may perform troubleshooting steps first.

"REMOVE ACCOUNT​​​

I checked this for my and my brothers account and that is the result. Looks a little bit strange or? On My Account the Ultimate Edition is listed twice. I think this is not correct and on my brothers account ultimate edition is missing. Pre-Order Bonus is
correct, because i have it bought and my brother not.

I am having a problem I have red dead redemption 2, I went to restart the game story and I went back on it took me to create a character for online. Which is weird because second disk has the online story that I own. Now please fix this bug you created because I am not paying no damn 39.99 dollars to be able to play my red dead redemption 2 game that I have on disk. I have restart the console and turned off the power of the console and it still shows up game pass and it not letting me play the story mode of red dead redemption 2. Please fix this problem.
