I bought rainbow six siege credits in the store, but they’re not transferring to my game

Hi, I hope you're doing great out there. I am an Independent advisor and I am here to help you in regard to your concern.

First, make sure that you're signed in under the account where the in-game currency was purchased. Please follow the steps below:

Go to Profile & system > Settings > Account > Payment & billing > Order History.

Once confirmed, for cases like this what we initially need to do is to quit the game and perform power cycle in that way once you launch the game your in-game data will just re-sync.

Kindly quit the game and follow the steps below before you re-launch the game.

POWERCYCLE CONSOLE​​​

1. Turn off your console by holding the Xbox button on the front of the console for approximately 10 seconds. The console will turn off. ​​​

2. Turn your console back on by pressing the Xbox button on the console or the Xbox button on your controller. ​​​

I also have one more question imagine i redeem the code thru my pc and my friend logs in my account and goes into rainbow six siege does the rainbow six siege credits also transfer over to my pc account

I bought Rainbow Six Siege and never received a code for Rainbow Six Vegas 1 or 2.

I'm trying to buy credits for Tom Clancy's Rainbow Six Siege.
