My problem I bought rainbow six siege year 2 gold edition and now I have the game but I for some reason didn't get the dlc I look thought everything but I couldn't download it even thought it said on the store that I owned the product.

I was also provided with a case reference number : # 1377962181

Xbox Live Rewards credits are not being deposited in my account.

Last year, I bought two games in my account (Tom Clancy's Rainbow Six Siege Year 2 Gold Edition, July 9th & Destiny 2 - Game+ Expansion Pass, September 5th) and I've since have not received my credits. Is there any way I can get those credits?

The crap thing was I helped buy my friend the Collector's Edition Halo 4 Console and it didn't come with the season pass or even a 1 year gold membership. Just 1600 MS points and Fotus armor.

No answer, but I have the same problem. I bought Continuum season 2 pass, but it will not play episode 8 or 11 -- it is saying I have to pay for them, but they should be included in the season pass I already bought. Funny thing is that episodes 9, 10 work
fine. Never had this problem before and have bought season passes for at least two years. What's up?
