I bought quantumbreak xbox one game early And didn't recive my windows code yet

The codes for Alan Wake and the Windows 10 version began going out on launch day. You should receive them within 7-10 days of that. If after the 10 days (April 15th) you still do not have your codes you can repost here and Support will assist you.

Thank you for the update in this case, it means that it's not successful, in regards to the charge you may need to reach out to your payment provider so they can dispute the money that was taken out.

I've checked every acount and I still can't see it.

Just a friendly reminder though that all successful transactions are added to our order history in real-time which means that if it's not showing on your order history it can be on a different Microsoft account or it's not successful.

Please sign in to https://account.microsoft.com/billing/orders using all Microsoft accounts that you own to locate the order transaction.

This is why I preordered Fifa 17 because I love the game and wanted the early access to play it as soon as possible. Reciving a code for the early access before the actual release would be nice.
