    I Bought Quantum Break on Amazon and have still not received the code for Alan Wake


    I bought a download code for Quantum Break from Amazon around 9 days ago. I downloaded it and finished the game without any problems. When I bought the download code, it said Microsoft will send me a code for Alan Wake 7 days after I download quantum
    break. It has been 9 days and I still havent gotten any message with my Alan Wake Game download I Bought Quantum Break on Amazon and have still not received the code for Alan Wake :(

    I bought a download code for Quantum Break from Amazon on 05/27. When I bought the download code, it said Microsoft would send me a code for Alan Wake 7-10 days after I download quantum break. To date, I have not received any code. However, I have
    completed Quantum Break. What else do I need to receive the Alan Wake code?

    Quantum Break, Still Waiting to Receive the Preorder codes

    I Pre-Ordered Quantum break and have not received any of the codes. I Still have not Received the codes for Alan Wake, Alan Wake: American Nightmare and Quantum Break on Windows 10. I was told to post the issue here.

    Same issue here. I just got off chatting with a very pleasant microsoft support staff. I also contacted Amazon bought mine early hours of 4/5/2016 before the U.S was up and was promised same but nothing till now
