i bought pvz and it wont start

i downloaded this game from the marketplace but it will not play i uninstalled it then re installed i turn system off unpluged it held the power button down it still wont play this one game

Pvz Garden Warfare not working

I bought PvZ garden warfare when it came out on the dashboard, now when I tried to re download it and play it after it tells you to press start it gets stuck on a black screen, I tried re downloading it same problem, also it says disc unreadable when I bought
the game digital so I tried every thing.

 

just bought call of duty advanced warfare but it wont start installing..

I just recently bought the new call of duty like a hour ago but for some reason it wont start installing? it just keeps saying installing... and wont start then eventually it goes to queue and I need to start the download again but it still doesn't start?
Is anyone else having issues like this right now with things not installing?

 

Bought the actual game this afternoon but the console tells me "Must be connected to Xbox online" every time I click Garden Ops tab or Multiplayer tab from the Menu screen. My 360 console says that I am connected but the disc does not recognize.

 

Sage: Sometimes when I start the game I get a black screen. Is this what you're getting? If I exit to the home screen and "quit" the game, then try it again, it usually works for me.

Stormed: You need to connect to the EA servers to play, which are a fickle mistress. Sometimes it's down, other times it struggles. If you can't get through you might try calling EA customer support.
