I bought Psychonauts on the Microsoft website but am unable to download it to my Xbox 360.

Confirm your purchase again here:

See if your order is listed here. Make sure you are using the email that made the purchase (DO NOT send the email here, it is not allowed)

Open it, and see what is in the Status. If it is completed, or another word

Once confirmed, log into your xbox 360 console and verify that it is the same account that is logged in.

After that, if it still doesn't show up, check the library

Sign in to Xbox Live using the gamertag you used when you first purchased content.

Go to Settings and select Account.

The screen shows the Settings tab in the Xbox 360 Menu, with the Account tab highlighted.

Select Download History.

Browse your download history. To redownload an item, select it, then select Redownload.

Update your console too.

Roll back and reinstall system updates. To do this:

Press the Panel button on the controller.

Go to Settings and select System.

Select Storage.

Enter the following sequence of buttons: X, LB, RB, X, LB, RB, X.

Select the option to roll back all installed system updates. The console will automatically restart and download the updates again.

Restart the network hardware. Learn how to do this:

Unplug the power cord from the back of the router, modem, or gateway. If you have both a router and a modem, disconnect the power cable from both devices.

Turn off the Xbox 360 console by pressing the power button on the front of the console.

Wait five minutes.

If you are using a router, plug it in and wait for all the lights to return to their normal state.

Plug in the rest of the hardware and try to connect to Xbox Live.

I did indeed, i went to purchase history on the Xbox 360 settings? menu to re-download without paying again.

i am unable to find it in the purchase history on the stated website. i got minecraft on the release.

My account was based in the UK when i bought it, and i switched it over to AUS in may of 2013 i think.

this may be where the problem arises.

I bought Dead or Alive 1 Ultimate, Dead or Alive 2 Ultimate, Dead or Alive 3, Manhunt, Max Payne, Max Payne 2, Oddworld Munch's Oddysee, Red Dead Revolver, Star Wars Episode 3, and Star Wars Clone Wars from the Xbox 360 marketplace website @ https://marketplace.xbox.com/en-US/

All of the above games were downloaded to the Xbox One but can not be downloaded to the Xbox 360 (games are in my download history)

I bought Gladius, Otogi: Myth of Demons, Otogi 2: Immortal Warriors, Star Wars Jedi Knight II Jedi Outcast, Star Wars Starfighter Special Edition, and Dead or Alive 4 from the Microsoft web store @ https://www.xbox.com/en-us/games/store/

All of the above games were downloaded to the XB1 but the Xbox 360 does not give me the option to download them (games are not in my download history)

No games were bought on the console. All were purchase on the website.

All games are backwards compatible and have been downloaded to the Xbox One with no issues. The issue is with the Xbox 360 only. Typically, newly released BC games are also made available to download to the Xbox 360 in addition to the Xbox One.

Correct, I am still not able to buy Nier.

FYI, I just bought Advent Rising from the Microsoft web store (game is not on the Xbox 360 marketplace website), I am going to see if I can download it to my Xbox 360 and Xbox One.

I was finally able to download Splinter Cell, Splinter Cell Pandora Tomorrow, Splinter Cell Double Agent, Crimson Skies High Road to Revenge, Fuzion Frenzy, Ninja Gaiden Black, Psychonauts, and Splinter Cell Chaos Theory.

Sadly, I am still unable to download Jade Empire.

Also, when I tried to download Splinter Cell, Splinter Cell Double Agent, Ninja Gaiden Black, Crimson Skies High Road to Revenge, Splinter Cell Chaos Theory, Psychonauts, Pirates!, Fuzion Frenzy, and Splinter Cell Pandora
Tomorrow from xbox.com, it is asking me to re-purchase the games even though it has the "already purchased" next to it. I can re-download the games from my Xbox 360 without having to re-purchase it.

The re-purchase issue is minor. The inability to download Jade Empire is a major problem.
