i am trying to download grounded on game pass I bought it and just trying to download it and it wont let me download it at all it starts the download then it stays queued and then I manually start downloading it and it stays at zero and zero percent and zero bytes per second

If there's nothing pending, kindly right-click the Start button on your taskbar, and then select Windows Terminal (Admin). In the Administrator: Windows PowerShell screen, type the following command and press Enter:

You might've bought the console version of game pass which is not compatible with pc. To use game pass on pc, you either need to buy the pc version, or game pass ultimate
