I bought NBA 2k21 Mamba forever edition on XBOX series X by mistake.

Sorry but 2k has not announced cross-play for the game.

Since you have to pay for the game separately on both consoles I doubt they will have Xbox One and Xbox Series X crossplay.

Before someone says If you buy NBA 2K21 Mamba Forever Edition you get the Xbox Series X version. Yes, that edition bundles both the Xbox One version and the Xbox Series X version but is not a free upgrade or the same game.

NBA 2K21 - are others having problems with the Mamba Forever Edition? Installed and put codes in on Friday. These were accepted but the features and VC did not transfer to my account.

They refunded me.

Tried 3 times. The denial of the refund i believed to be a breach in my consumer rights. Unsure if that is why the chose to refund me but needless to say the 3rd email was not a pleasant one.

My refund was received and I purchased the correct version...

Although now I've been hit with the glitch where all the bonus content doesn't get accredited to you. Awaiting ticket from 2k now.

I too have this exact same problem. I started a refund ticket process and really hope Microsoft can help me swap out the versions. The xbox online store didnt offer the Mamba Forever $99 option when I went to buy. It would be really shady if they denied
the swap request.
