    I bought this from Walmart on 6-15-23, when I entered the serial number it shows out of warranty. I've only had it 3 months. The right stick when pushed down turns off the controller. Please help I can't find any way to contact anyone. S/N 02630115762133.

    First, have you tried resetting the controller? To do this, press and hold the Pair button on the back of the controller for 10 seconds. Then, try to use the controller again and see if the issue persists.

    My elite series 2 controllers last about a month and a half, all with the same issues with the right and left button malfunctioning. I was on my third controller before the original warranty ran out on 5/8/20. The fourth controller, I got in June only
    lasted 6 weeks. The replacement for that controller was received late July and has started to fail, 9/5/20. A controller this expensive should last more than five or six weeks, and I was out of town for a week of that. It's a nice piece of junk. At lease make
