I bought mulitple games and a system kn the rewards list yet i wasnt rewarded for the purchase.

i frequently play on my xbox x and play state of decay 2 and far cry 5 on it.when i went to the microsoft rewards list it said that i havent bought them.my question is do i have to repurchase them again or did my account have a glitch

Summer Spotlight rewards

Ok I just bought a game thats on the summer spotlight list of games a few days before you guys added this new reward. Will we be getting this rewarded retroactively for purchasing the game or are we going to be punished for getting the game on beta release
day 3 days before you add this reward ?

While we are at it ... can you do something about the pre-order purchase games list !! I have been waiting to pre-order a number of games from the E3 event figuring the pre-order rewards would reflect the upcoming big titles being pushed for pre-order by
MS and xbox ... yet I cant and I have to keep waiting and sometimes missing out on pre-purchase discounts because I know the moment I pre-order you will add the game to the rewards list the next day and I will miss out.

AC Origins for example is being pushed for pre-order with a discount on the shop page yet its nowhere to be seen on the rewards list.

Main question stands though , will you be rewarding those of us that paid for Fortnite on its release day or only those that have bought it since

Gears of War 4 Ultimate preorder points missing

Normally, we can only Reward purchases once. Since your Gears of War purchase was previously Rewarded by our First Time Purchase offer, when our system attempted to Reward you for the Gears of War offer, the process failed because that purchase was already
Rewarded. Apologies for the inconvenience. I will adjust your purchase to successfully Reward the Gears offer, and you should see the Credits pending by the end of next week.

They have to be purchased during the offer period. So if they were purchased before those offers were available, they would not be eligible.

From the FAQ for that offer:

When will I receive my Rewards Credits?

After you have completed an action on the list, your Rewards Credits will appear as pending within 96 hours.

This is due to our system taking up to 96 hours to receive and process new information. Since your purchases were only made a few days ago, they have not yet been processed for Rewarding. Please allow more time for your purchases to be processed.

Thanks I also was trying to set up live rewards but I wasnt allowed because of my age? Its listed as 1976 in my act
