May I ask what seems to be the problem with why you can't get a refund?

Are you having an issue requesting a refund or it has been denied?

I also bought the wrong version, I want a refund to purchase the correct version. They shouldn’t sale the wrong version on Xbox series x store. I can’t get in contact with anyone for help, very bad customer support

When you look at your order history at account.microsoft.com and look at the purchase what does the status say?

Completed? Means you still have the license for the game.

Refunded? Means the order was refunded and you no longer have the license for the game.

Chargeback? Means someone disputed the charge on the payment option and the money was sent back to the bank from MS and the license was taken away from you.

You say that this was for GTA was this GTA 5 or which GTA are you talking about

If it was GTA 5 was it the Xbox 360 version you bought and are trying to play it on the Xbox One?

My brother spent money on my card and I need to refund what ever he bought so I can get my money back.

Im not getting the xbox one yet as i have bought gta 5, fif14, bf4 and ghost so i dont see the point in getting on just to waste my money they havent really thought it all through.
