i bought minefcraft and didnt get it

Ok so yesterday i bought minecraft from the official minecraft site (minecraft.net) and it gave me the downloader for the launcher, but when i opened it i could only play the demo version. I checked back on the site and it said gto go and buy it from the microsoft store and no extra money will be charged but when i do that it takes me to the page where i have to pay and i cant pay another 30 euros, please help because i didnt just save my money for weeks to get nothing.

You would need to ensure that you're signed in on the Microsoft Store app using the same account that you used to buy the game.

If you were, try signing out and signing in again on the Microsoft store app and click Library > Get Updates.

You'll want to contact support. There was an outage about this time yesterday so you may have purchased it during that time and something messed up on the servers. You can request a call back or chat with support at http://support.xbox.com/contact-us If you're not seeing those options, change your category/topic until you do. Billing & Subscriptions and "I don't recognize a charge" usually works for me.

V-Bucks should enter your account automatically, but there are situations where it can take up to 24 hours to reflect on your account. It is recommended that you close and open the game again a few times to see if it appears.

" If you bought the game on Xbox, try checking your Order History:

Sign in to account.microsoft.com. ( https://account.microsoft.com/billing/orders/ )

Select Payment & billing > Order history. "

If you bought on another market, you need to do the same to their Order History. Please keep in mind that V-Bucks does not carry over between platforms.

Hello Lietuvis,

Go to Settings>Account>Download History on the Xbox 360 console and you should see the map pack near the top of the list. Hit A to bring up a pop-up and confirm you wish to download it.

This should let you download and access the content.
