    Bought the pack on the Xbox app for windows but when I tried to install Java it says I need to buy It first, I can play bedrock edition but that's the only version I can play

    It may mean that you're signed in under the wrong Microsoft account. Please check all Microsoft accounts that you own.

    Just a friendly reminder though that all succesful transactions are added in the order history in real-time and if there is no transactions it may mean that the game was not purchased from there which causes the issue, Abyssal115.

    Hi, I hope you're doing great out there. I am an Independent advisor and I am here to help you with your concern.

    Kindly sign in to https://account.microsoft.com/billing/orders, there check if you can see the game order stated as "completed" and showing as Minecraft: Java & Bedrock Edition for PC.

    Once confirmed, sign out on the Minecraft launcher, Microsoft Store, and Xbox App then sign back in. Make sure that you're signed in under the correct Microsoft account where the game was purchased.
