i bought minecraft windows edition on my laptop and now i have to buy it again on my desktop

i bought minecraft a few years ago on my laptop and recently i bought a new desktop, i have windows 10 and when i opened my microsoft store i loged in with my laptop/minecraft account but it showed me that i needed to buy it again so i just moved on with downloading all my games ecc. one day i wanted to play minecraft and went to try and downloading it again and it still showed me i needed to buy it but this time it showed ''minecraft java and bedrock edition for pc'' and not minecraft for windows and it says i need to pay, so i went to my laptop and went to the store to see if i still had it there, i did have it installed so i cheked my labrary and it was there too, so i downloaded the new minecraft launcher for both bedrock and java and it says ''play'' for windows version meanwhile in java edition it says ''demo'' and in the top right corner it says ''if you bought bedrock redeem java for free'' so i went back to my desktop and it still doesn't show me buying minecraft AND i noticed that it also doesn't let me download jump force wich i payed and can play on my laptop, evreything else like the bundle for jump force or roblox or everyother app shows there and my payments too except for the games wich shows on the credit card, so i uninstalled minecraft on my laptop thinking ''maybe i can't have 2 minecraft copies installed on 1 account'' i disintalled but nothing changed so i decided to install it again and minecraft disappeard on my microsoft store library, but i still have it on the launcher and i can install it. i also tried going on microsoft store web and mojang official site but in both i need to buy ''minecraft java and bedrock edition for pc''
1-the account is the exact same
2- i tried logging in and out on both account a couple of times
3- i tried restarting both pc a couple of times
4- if i click redeem for the ''if you bought bedrock redeem java for free'' it brings me to the page to obtain minecraft java but since the account thinks i did't bought the game it loads everything except the buy or select button making them grey and blank
i really dont want to buy minecraft again so please if someone knows help me, thenks

it probably is a thecnical issue so i tought about sending them the digital receipt of the purchase so that they can either refound me or give me the ''permission'' to use minecraft or whatever i don't really know

if you are talking about microsoft account i have only one for my laptop/desktop and i have one more for my xbox but i never used ti and i never bought anything on it and i never logged in to that account on my laptop since that account was created after. i also have only one user on my pc and it's my account with my personal email wich is the same as all my account that i also used as my first and current microsoft account

it doesn't show anywhere that i bought minecraft on microsoft store but i can see it from the postpay app on the phone that i bought it and i am playing it right now on my laptop just fine

If the order for Minecraft for Windows is not showing on your Microsoft account order history, then I'm sorry but you probably purchased it on another account.

I just checked clicking the link you sent me and I can confirm that there isn't

I also already tried logging in the mojang site and minecraft launcher quite a few times
