dear, i bought minecraft on 28th aug, but it purchased twice, i didn't do it. i think it's just an error of the system,

i enquired twice but i couldn't get any response. i was busy so i couldn't dealing with this issuse the whole time,

so after that i called to MS service sentre and they didn't find any way to solve this out. and that they can't give me a refund since it passed 14 days.

this is so frustrating, i left a mail to MS support team but they're just telling me the same things everyday,

it's too stressful.

i attached some for the proof, at first it got purchaed correctly. 30,779 won, but after that, it purched again for 30,000won.

plz solve this. i don't want to waste my time anymore.

well the american express card i used was prepaid and i checked my card balance online and the balance was lower than it should have been if i had bought the game once. To make sure i looked on my recent purchases on my xbox account and it did say i bought
the same game 4 times twice for $15.92 and twice for $5.30.
