I bought Minecraft: Java Edition and I don't have access to the product

"Date purchased: October 21, 2023" -- I purchased it yesterday and only received the confirmation email 8 hours ago -- again, my microsoft account says that I haven't recently purchased anything -- this is the order number:

I bought the Windows 10 version of Minecraft by mistake, but the one I wanted was the java edition.

I saw that anyone who buys minecraft java edition is entitled to minecraft Windows 10. Is the reverse also true? Who buys minecraft windows 10 is entitled to minecraft java edition?

If so, how do I access the java edition version at no additional cost?

The Xbox edition of Minecraft in the screenshot is still the Bedrock edition, is it not? I should have access to Java through owning the Bedrock edition, and I don't understand why I wouldn't be able to play it if I played Java in the past with my Microsoft account without having to buy Java.
