i bought minecraft java and bedrock addition but only got bedrock

So when I bought Minecraft bundle that says that is comes with minecraft bedrock and java I bought it and I only got bedrock.

Can someone please help me?

You can try a few troubleshooting steps that have worked for some players.

Please, reset the store and try installing the game again.

To Reset the Store, Press the Windows Key + R > Type WSReset.exe and press Enter.

Then, on the Microsoft Store, type your game name: "Minecraft".

Close the store and reopen it.

Load the game page and click on "Install".

In it still does work, please, look for the purchase in your Transaction History.

Type in your query: "Agent"

Click on Get Help.

I bought Java Edition on 24 May 2022. But I refunded it.

I bought the Minecraft: Java & Bedrock Edition for PC (the Bundle, released two days ago) on Minecraft official website (https://www.minecraft.net/en-us/store/minecraft-java-bedrock-edition-pc). on 8 June 2022.

I have uninstalled the Minecraft Launcher and reinstalled it.

The exact same problem had happened for me too. I am very disappointed that I wasted my $30. I did receive the email from Microsoft saying that I purchased BOTH Bedrock and Java for Windows. Please try and help me, I secant weeks saving up the money for Java (and Bedrock) and if you could help me receive the full game that would be greatly appreciated.
