    I bought Minecraft Dungeons as a gift, but it says "It was purchased in a different region...


    The catch is - my account is in Belarus and I was buying gift to an account in Belarus as well. Neither I, nor receiver of a gift (situated in same region as me) could not activate code. We both receive "It was purchased in a different region from your account". Also, I could not return my payment, as there is no "Request a return" I bought Minecraft Dungeons as a gift, but it says "It was purchased in a different region... :(

    That's great to know and in your case, since you're in a region where Xbox Live is not supported you may need to check in any gaming store near you.

    Right when you click gift

    It says the other person MUST be in the same region as you

    Since you are in an non supported region well we cant help you with syncing or bypassing the locks

    It a complicated process and can't be reversed for 3months and it's possible that any codes you used previously for subscription won't transfer since they are region locked also

    But there is no indication that the game I am buying have some regional limitation. Microsoft took my money for full version and just says "Sorry, I have messed things up" :(

    Would it help if I change region to something else?
