I bought Minecraft but it says I didn't and it still charged me

I purchased "Minecraft Java Edition for PC" from www.Minecraft.net and it money is out of my bank account but it is not available for download. I can't find any proof on my account that I purchased it and I can't download the game. I will really appreciate it if someone can assist me in resolving this.

Choose Minecraft Java, sign in if prompted and you should be able to download Minecraft Java to your device.

yeah, so I've been asking for support since January 13th, 2021. it's currently the next year. The money is out of my wallet and it still says for me to buy Minecraft. I've tried everything and no one is helping me. I have a receipt. I'm not very happy with my purchase.

Hi Joey!

In the Microsoft Store, you must login using the account where you purchased your games in order to access or play them. With regard to Minecraft Java Edition, I am afraid that you need to use the account itself where you purchased its license.

I wish I didn't have to pay full price again. It would be nice if they did what Minecraft did and charge you less if you bought it on 360.

Same thing happend to me but i bought the Minecraft java and bedrock sold together but it still says i need to buy Minecraft Java Edition
