I bought Minecraft but it say I don't have it now

I'm sorry you are experiencing this with your Minecraft game.

Based on your description, the error suggests that the system can't find the Minecraft game license on your Microsoft account.

Your Minecraft account must have migrated to the original Microsoft account email address where it was first created.

In order to fix this, you will need to find the Microsoft account where your Minecraft was migrated and where your Minecraft game license was purchased.

Kindly sign in to all of your Microsoft email accounts on account.microsoft.com > payment and billing > order history > select the date of range when you purchased your Minecraft game.

From there, check if you have any Minecraft transactions. If you have found the transactions, use the same Microsoft account to log in to Minecraft Launcher.

If you're unable to find the Minecraft game transaction, check your other Microsoft email accounts' order history.

Check if you were able to Migrate your account before to Microsoft, if not yet try to see the link to check whether you can still migrate it today. I believe this should allow you to play the game after the migration but for more help, you can also try contacting Minecraft support on this page https://help.minecraft.net/hc/en-us to inquire if it is still possible to get your previous purchase.

I hope this additional information helps you somehow as I would really love to assist you in getting the game you paid for before. But since we are just fellow members here, we cannot check account order history from here hence why I suggested to inquire to Minecraft team as well before you decide to buy the game again.

You're welcome and thanks for getting back here! It is actually not possible to have 2 gamertag on the same email address, meaning your gamertag "Dqrvin" is possibly associated on a different email address than the one you tried to access.

Do you remember having other email addresses you can try to sign in? It actually happens to mine as well, I have these email where the first part of the email is the same but domain is different like Outlook.com, Live.com, Gmail.com. If you can remember any other email addresses, it would help if you can try and access it on the page to see if that is the right account.

Thank you for your help, when I log in on the xbox page and when I log in on the microsoft page it's not the same username but it's the same email. What should I do?

Just to confirm, do you still remember the email address you used for your Minecraft account or Xbox gamertag? You can check this once you sign in your account at https://account.xbox.com/profile page.

Once you signed in with the correct account, you will see on the page the correct gamertag. If it shows the right gamertag on the page, try checking https://account.microsoft.com/billing/orders page next to see if you can find the order number or record for your Minecraft purchase. You should be able to install it once you sign in to the right account.
