If yes, and you just chose the option "buy", there will be no code. It will be added directly to your account and you just need to use your Microsoft account on the Xbox App to install and play the game.

I tried this for myself as I am getting the same error. It didn’t work as it gives me error code 8015000A when putting in my email for my account that I know is right. Please Help! I’ve cleared my system cache a bunch of times, power cycled my 360 and it still didn’t work. Are your servers down?

So it was bought on my husbands account and he signed in to it again and it’s still not there. I’ve looked everywhere for it, order history, downloads, the actual sims 4 game. It’s like it was never purchased in the first place. I even checked my own account and it still didn’t show up

I’m sorry I’ve created account under my email and whenever I tried logging into it and then entering it still didn’t work but It didn’t do anything. Thank you for your assistance. I really do appreciate the help But it’s still broken.
